A bank holiday?
At the hight of the 'Celebrating Britishness' craze a few months (political milennia?) ago the idea was floated that today should be the occasion of a Bank Holiday. Yes it is Trafalgar Day.
The alternative coming up is to make Armstice day a Bank Holiday.
Betetr weather now ( (in 2008) than the late summer anyway!
